I agree to exercise responsibly, communicate any pain, injury or concerning symptoms, and inform my coach of any changes to my health that may affect my ability to participate safely.

I acknowledge that I am responsible for my own decisions and actions when following the coaching programme, subject to my statutory rights and any responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
